Do not use Loreflow to store data you are not permitted to process, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell access without a written agreement.
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled before renewal at any time.
Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime commitment with service credits. Other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You do. Loreflow holds no rights over your workspace content and derived context beyond providing the service.
Yes, at any time, including after cancellation.
Material changes are announced in-app and by email before they take effect.
