Account details you give us, the connection metadata required to reach your sources, and the references and summaries that make up your company graph.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not train shared models on your workspace content. Original files stay in the source tool.
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, graph data is removed within 30 days and backups age out within 90.
We use a short list of infrastructure, email and analytics subprocessors. The current list is published on the security page and shared with customers before any change.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at privacy@loreflow.example. We respond within 30 days.
